Course Registration and Withdrawal

Artiq Insights offers professional certificate programs in the online, offline or hybrid modes. Artiq Insights also may offer certain courses in these modes from time to time. You can register to any of the programs or courses that interests you. To know which programs or courses are being offered, please write to us.

1.Registration

You can register to attend any program or course if you meet the required eligibilitly criteria for the selected program or course. The registration process will consist of submitting an application form along with any required documents in support of the information sought in the application form. Upon review of your application, Artiq Insights may conduct an interview with you to understand your fit for the program or the course you had applied to. Upon a successful interview, you will be required to pay the fee for the program or the course. Some programs may allow you to pay the fees in multiple installments. You will be considered registered once Artiq Insights receives the full fees or the first installment, where applicable, from you.

2.Fee Payment

The mode of payment of fees will vary depending upon the program and course. You may be able to pay the fee by cheques, netbanking, UPI or a payment gateway.

3.Certificate

Upon successful completion of the program or the course to which you have been registered, you will receive a certificate of completion from Artiq Insights. Some of these certificates may be awarded by Artiq Insights jointly with other university, institute, college or company. Please read the term and conditions relating to such programs and courses.

4.Withdrawal

You are eligible to withdraw at any time from the program or course to which you have been registered. Please see the section on Refund below for further information.

5.Refund

If you withdraw from the course within one week of completing your registration, 20% of the program fee or the course fee, as the case may be, will be retained and the remainder of the fee you paid will be returned to you. If you withdraw from the course after one week of completing your registration, you will not be eligible for any refund.

6.Grievance Officer
