  • To enhance the quality of the courses, programs or projects you are involved in,

7.Data Storage, Retention and Sharing

Artiq Insights, as per Indian law, treats any person aged less than 18 years as a child. In general, none of our courses, programs or projects are targeted toward children. Unless stated by the user in the application form or voluntarily in other communications, it is not possible us to determine whether the user who accessed our Services in a child or an adult. Until that time, the user's data will be collected, processed and stored as mentioned earlier. Once a user is determined to be a child, access to all our Services that require a login or fee payment will be stopped until parental consent is obtained.
